Engagement terms

Paid work is governed by a separate Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement signed before any work begins. Standard terms include:

• 50% deposit, 50% on delivery (or milestone-based for larger projects).
• Source code ownership transferred on final payment.
• 30 days of free post-launch bug fixing.
• Mutual NDA available on request.

Liability

We will deliver work to a professional standard. Liability for any single project is capped at the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses.

Disputes

Any disputes are governed by the law of the client's jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in the SOW.
